Moldova will receive a loan worth 100 million euros on behalf of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the implementation of the Moldova Roads IV Project. As a result of the amendments, over 85 km of roads are to be rehabilitated within the project on the following segments: the R14 road, R6 – Codru Nou – Soroca – Unguri – border with Ukraine, on the Soroca-Arionesti segment, 31 km in all; the R8.1 road, R8 – Arionesti – R14, the segment Arionesti-Otaci, 9.4 km in all; the road M3 Chisinau – Comrat – Giurgiulesti – border with Romania, the bypass road of the Vulcanesti town, 8.58 km in all; the road R33 Hancesti – Lapusna – M1, including the technical supervision of these works, 37.2 km in all.
