NEC Ukrenergo introduces restrictions on power supply in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Kirovohrad regions, the company’s press service reported via Telegram on November 2.
The limitations will affect all categories of consumers, the report reads, “to maintain the stability of the power system”.
Ukrenergo says that temporary controlled restrictions are required to reduce the load on the grid, support the sustainable balancing of the power system, and avoid repeated accidents after the power networks were damaged by Russian missile and drone attacks.
On the evening of November 2, the occupiers hit an energy infrastructure facility in Kryvyi Rih with Iran-made one-way attack drones. In several areas of the city, power and water supplies were suspended. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
