Councilors in the capital have made changes to Chisinau City Hall’s budget in terms of revenue and expenditure.
The interim head of the General Finance Directorate of the Chisinau City Hall, Olesea Psenitchi, requested during a meeting of the Chisinau Municipal Council on April 27 to make changes to the capital’s budget. Thus, the revenues of Chisinau City Hall were increased by 8.9 million lei, coming from the breakdown of 5.5 million lei from the National Ecological Fund and 3.4 million donations from the City Hall of Sector 6, Bucharest.
At the same time, the municipal councilors increased by 1.3 million lei the expenses that were generated by the “Dendrariu” Park, as a result of the increase of the price of the thermal agent used to heat the greenhouses present on the territory of this municipal institution.
Also, at the initiative of Olesa Psenitchi, CMC approved unique accounting policies within the municipal budgetary institutions. The head of finance mentioned that the implementation of unique accounting policies comes as a result of a recommendation of the Court of Accounts, which found that in several municipal enterprises the same accounting policies do not apply.
