The Government supported the draft law designed to ensure the free circulation in Ukraine of goods that meet the requirements for the safety of EU non-food products. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“Our main goal is a European future, European standards in everything. After the war, we plan to build a new Ukrainian economy that will be part of a larger European one. We have already joined the European grid, we are talking about a single payment space and free roaming. Ukraine will win and will be a wealthy, free member of the European Union,” the Prime Minister stressed.
Denys Shmyhal noted that a historic event took place on April 18 – Ukraine submitted answers to the questionnaire to obtain the status of a candidate for EU membership. According to the Head of Government, the document was completed in record time. The Prime Minister noted the professional work of the Government, the Office of the President, MPs and public experts and added that Ukraine had become one step closer to the EU.
