Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (CDTO) Dmytro Senik presented the economic potential of Ukraine to the leadership of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
“The visit of the Ukrainian business mission to the Sultanate of Oman, which began on December 6, is provided by the Exporters and Investors Council (EIC) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The mission consists of representatives of the agricultural, light and food industries,” the press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine informs.
During the meeting with the leadership of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Senik presented the economic potential of Ukraine, in particular in the fields of agriculture, information technology, light and food industries. The official spoke in detail about the practical tools of state support for investment, in particular the provisions of the law on state support for investment projects with significant investments in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian diplomat invited Omani business to invest in the Ukrainian economy.
The Ukrainian entrepreneurs presented their products, available industrial facilities, and handed over commercial proposals to Omani companies to start cooperation.
During the visit, Senik also held a separate meeting with Redha Juma Al-Saleh, the Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The parties discussed the increase in trade and investment. The deputy minister also met with Ali bin Masoud Al Sunaidy, the Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones of Oman, and Deputy Chairman Ahmed bin Hassan Al Theeb.
