The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine claims that the average pension in the country has increased by 25% since the beginning of 2020.
“As a result of a comprehensive program to increase pensions, the average pension in Ukraine has grown by almost 25% or by UAH 784 since the beginning of 2020. Thus, as of January 1, 2020, the average pension was UAH 3,082.98, and as of August 1 – UAH 3,866.84,” the ministry said. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
