On September 2, “Zakhidnyi Bug” PE began sugar beet harvesting – the total area in 2020 amounted to 13,775 ha, and the planned average yield – 60 ton/ha.
As of September 16, the company has harvested 93,206 tons of sugar roots with the average yield of 50-55 ton/ha and sugar content – in the range of 15.3-15.8%. (Ukrsugar/Business World Magazine)
