The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air has begun operating flights from Lviv to Milan and Rome, according to the press service of Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport.
“We have already met the first flights from Milan (MXP) and Rome (CIA) airports. Wizz Air began operating flights from Lviv to Italy on the following routes: Lviv-Rome (Ciampino)-Lviv flights from August 14 on Wednesdays and Sundays; and Lviv-Milan (Malpensa)-Lviv flights from August 16 on Mondays and Fridays. We are glad that Ukrainians working in Italy will be able to return home faster and more convenient. We are looking forward to the opening of borders for Ukrainian tourists,” the report says.
