The Rivne Regional State Administration and Chinese Powerchina have signed a memorandum on the development of Rivne International Airport, according to the administration’s press service.
“Chinese investors are interested in Rivne International Airport. The relevant memorandum was signed by Head of the Rivne Regional State Administration Vitalii Koval, Chairman of the Regional Council Oleksandr Danylchuk and Powerchina (Sinohydro) Deputy Manager for Eurasia Market Development Chen Shijun on January 14,” reads the report.
Powerchina, which employs 260,000 people, is one of China’s top five largest companies. It has specialized in infrastructure for the last ten years. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
