The Republic of Kazakhstan has granted additional 800 transit and 200 general permits to Ukraine to carry out road freight transport operations, according to the Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine.
“On November 26 a video conference with representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place. According to the results of the meeting, Ukrainian carriers will receive additional 800 transit and 200 general permits carry out road freight transport operations,” reads the report.
The parties also agreed to continue the discussion of quotas for permits during the next meeting of the Ukrainian-Kazakh commission on international road transport at the beginning of 2020. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
