About 200 yellow minibuses and 100 buses have failed inspections and are banned from use on roads, announces Transport Department of Tbilisi City Hall.
At present there are 105 lines for buses and 190 minibus lines in Tbilisi for 1,800 minibuses and 540 buses.
The Transport Department announced that the number of minibuses might be reduced when more new MAN buses were brought to Tbilisi.
As promised, by the end of 2019 all old buses will have been replaced by new ones. (Agenda/Business World Magazine)
