Ukraine saw a 0.9% YoY decline in agricultural production in January-May, according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
In particular, agri-businesses reduced output by 1%, while private farmers’ production was 0.8% down.
The report cites the data in constant 2010 prices without taking into account the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as part of the zone of the Anti-Terrorist Operation in the east of Ukraine. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
