DCH Group of Oleksandr Yaroslavsky has suggested creating an international consortium to acquire PJSC Odessa Port-Side Chemical Plant, the press service of the group has said.
“Despite the fact the tender to sell a stake in Odessa Port-Side Plant, scheduled for December 14, failed, DCH Group confirms its interest in the acquisition of the asset. We believe an international consortium is the best organizational and legal form for this. At present we are in talks with other interested business entities, including large international banks”, the press service said.
DCH Group represented by Glenshee Holdings Limited originally planned to take part in the tender for the sale of shares in Odessa Port-Side Plant, scheduled for December 14. But later it drew back, pointing out the risks associated with the increasing creditor indebtedness of the plant and proceedings at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
