According to the November balance sheets by NGO “Economic discussion club”, coordinated by the Interdepartmental working group under the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine, in September-October of 2016/2017 MY the export volumes of sunflower oil from Ukraine totaled 706 thousand tons.
The general export volumes of sunflower oil in the current season are forecast at 5.02 million tons.
In September-October Ukraine produced 955 thousand tons of vegetable oils, including 916 thousand tons of sunflower oil. The expected production volumes of sunflower oil in the reporting season will reach 5.5 million tons. (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
