A member of Russian food retailer Magnit’s board of directors, former director of its operating unit Tander Vladimir Gordeichuk is selling a 1.3% stake in the company.
The price of the shares will be set during an accelerated collection of bids. UBS will act as the organizer of the deal.
According to Magnit, Gordeichuk holds a total of 2.33% in the company. CEO Sergei Galitsky holds around 36% in the company, and the free-float accounts for around 61%. (Prime/Business World Magazine)
