Elmir Habibullayev has been elected the new chairman of the Supervisory Board of Subsidiary of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) in Russia, IBA-Moscow, the Center for Disclosure of Corporate Information reported.
In addition, by the decision of the parent bank (IBA), Farid Hashimov has been elected a member of the Supervisory Board of the IBA-Moscow. Mazahir Dadashov, who was previously a member of the board, retained his office.
Elmir Habibullayev is currently also the deputy chairman of the board of the IBA, Farid Hashimov is the director of the IBA Structural Units and Subsidiary companies Department, and Mazahir Dadashov is the director of the IBA Risk Management Department.
The new composition of the Supervisory Board of the IBA-Moscow was elected on September 15, for a period of one year. Earlier the IBA Supervisory Board was chaired by Murad Shiraliyev, while Fuad Islamov and Mazahir Dadashov were members of this board. IBA-Moscow was founded in 2002. (Trend/Business World Magazine)
