In January-July cargo throughput at Primorsky Krai-based Port of Vladivostok grew by 11.8% YoY, to 8.07 million tons, the Authority of seaports of Primorye and the Eastern Arctic reported.
Handling of dry cargo rose by 19.7% to 6,275 million tons, while oil products volume dropped by 9.1% to 1,8 million tons.
The Port of Vladivostok is a premier Russian seaport in the Far East region. The port encompasses 55 ha, over 14 km of waterfront featuring 17 berths with terminals for handling grain, containers, imported vehicles, as well as a passenger terminal. (Portnews/Business World Magazine)
