“The budget of Kyrgyzstan for 2017 focuses on export,” the head of the Department of Finance and Credit Policy of the government Aziz Aaliev said.
According to him, the budget is designed according to new principles.
“The biggest problem is to live in an era of changes. Many state agencies have to change the legal framework, as a new Budget Code is introduced. Some government agencies will move to full budgetary financing. This is a challenge. There is a limit on the revenue side. However, it should be noted that we have no cuts in spending, all the social benefits are provided”, Aziz Aaliev said.
He noted that the draft budget makes emphasis on export support. This direction is provided for significant changes and costs. “It is necessary to finance the construction of phytosanitary and veterinary laboratories. Overhaul of roads in villages will continue next year. 750 million soms will be spent on that. This project started in 2015.
