The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has agreed on the procedure for keeping the register of the producers of organic products (raw materials).
As explained by Agrarian Policy and Food Minister of Ukraine Taras Kutovyi, the adopted procedure for keeping the register of producers of organic products (raw materials) will not provide anything new in principle, but will attract investments in the Ukrainian organic agricultural production.
“Only the data specified in the producer’s license will be entered in such a register, i. e. no new information will be required. The register will be open and available on the website of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection”, Kutovyi said. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
