Some regions of the Volga Federal District of Russia, as well as Kaliningrad and Vladimir oblasts started planting winter crops for the harvest-2017, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation declared.
Agrarians of the country planted winter crops throughout the areas of 5.4 thousand ha. But on the same date last year, the index totaled 0.3 thousand ha, according to the announcement. (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
