Uzstroymateriali joint stock company (Uzbek Construction Materials) registered a prospectus of emission for 1 trillion soums.
The Center for coordination and control over securities market registered the primary emission of shares of Uzstroymateriali.
Within the emission, the company will place 1 billion ordinary shares with par value of 1 thousand soums. Total sum of issue is 1 trillion soums.
All shares will be placed on closed subscription. As the result, the charter capital of the company will make up 1 trillion soums.
The company will receive stakes in six enterprises, as well as buildings of school No. 9 in Navoi. In particular, the company will get state stakes in Qizilqumcement and Bekobodcement. (UzDaily/Business World Magazine)
