The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the signing of Additional Agreement No. 1 to the Special Investment Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Slavsky Village Council and LLC “Slavsky”.
This is an investment project in the village of Volosyanka, Lviv region. The project is being implemented under the terms of a special investment agreement concluded in June 2025.
“We are consistently working to ensure that state support for investments is not a formal mechanism, but actually meets the needs of a specific project. In this case, it is not about increasing the amount of support, but about optimizing it in accordance with the actual course of investments. This will ensure more effective use of state instruments and create appropriate conditions for further implementation of the project,” said Deputy Minister of Economy and Environment of Ukraine Vitaly Kindrativ.
The additional agreement provides for the redistribution of state support between its individual forms. At the same time, the total amount of state support remains unchanged.
The update takes into account the actual volumes and directions of investment, updated project implementation schedules and forecast indicators.
The Government’s decision will allow bringing the structure of state support in line with the current stage of implementation of the investment project and ensuring the further use of incentives provided for by law for its implementation.
The project is being implemented within the framework of the state support program for investment projects with significant investments. As of today, the Ministry of Economy has issued 6 conclusions on the feasibility of implementing investment projects, and 5 special investment agreements have been signed between the state and investors. The total amount of investments under the signed special investment agreements is over 260 million euros. The implementation of these projects involves the creation of over 500 new jobs, and the expected amount of revenue to budgets of all levels is estimated at UAH 12.6 billion. (Economy Ministry)
