Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan said at a government meeting that flower exports had increased.
“Yesterday alone, for example, we exported 139,000 flowers. We believe certain mechanisms are already in place that will help resolve this issue,” he said, according to Radar Armenia.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also noted that Armenia had not recorded an exceptionally large apricot harvest this year.
“However, tourist arrivals to Armenia remain very strong, and I would also like to recognize this as a form of export, because more than 10,000 visitors enter the country almost every day,” the prime minister said. (PanARMENIAN)
