The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine expanded the list of Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment for the first time in 2026, which buyers could purchase with a 15% compensation of the cost (excluding VAT).
Following the update, the list now includes 1,354 items of machinery and equipment from 50 Ukrainian manufacturers. The program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy for the development of manufacturers.
“The first update to the list in 2026 adds 146 new items of Ukrainian machinery and equipment. For buyers, this means more items available for purchase with a 15% cost reimbursement, and for manufacturers, it means additional demand for their products,” noted Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
The list of machinery and equipment, for which the state reimburses 15% of the cost (excluding VAT), has been expanded by 146 new items. Since the program’s launch, buyers have already purchased 476 units of Ukrainian machinery and equipment worth nearly UAH 1.2 billion. The total amount of partial reimbursement was UAH 148.8 million.
The program for partial compensation of 15% of the cost (excluding VAT) has been in effect since September 2024 as part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy for the development of manufacturers. It applies to equipment manufactured in Ukraine with a localization rate of at least 40%.
The list of equipment eligible for reimbursement has been published on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture. (Government portal)
