Over the past week, entrepreneurs received 394 soft loans totalling UAH 1.1 billion from authorised banks under the state programme “Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%”, including 311 loans from public sector banks worth over UAH 0.5 billion.
Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurs have received 16,175 loans worth UAH 60.2 billion under the programme, including 12,298 loans worth UAH 31.5 billion from public sector banks.
During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 60,317 loans worth UAH 237.5 billion have been disbursed (including 45,332 loans worth UAH 121.9 billion by public sector banks), of which as of September 0:
– UAH 24.6 billion for investment purposes;
– UAH 63.7 billion for working capital financing;
– UAH 39.62 billion as loans for agricultural producers;
– UAH 20.81 billion for the processing of agricultural products;
– UAH 57.56 billion for anti-war purposes;
– UAH 17.45 billion as lending in the high military risk zone.
A total of 95,139 loan agreements worth UAH 327.1 billion have been signed since the start of the programme, including 65,808 agreements worth UAH 148.5 billion by public sector banks.
The programme is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF), the sole participant of which is the Government of Ukraine represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all key aspects of the Fund’s activities. (Government portal)
