Ukraine’s State Property Fund held eight auctions last week, selling UAH 181.6 million worth of objects.
The agency’s press service said this in a post on Facebook.
According to the fund, the value of objects grew on average 7.4-fold. In total, 54 bidders took part in the auction, with an average of seven investors competing for an asset.
The most expensive lot of the week was the single property complex of Kyiv-based DIPROVERF State Design Institute State Enterprise, which was sold for UAH 107 million.
Twelve online auctions are planned for this week. In particular, the sale of the Dnipropetrovsk Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise will take place on July 10. The asset includes 15 real estate and infrastructure objects with a total area of over 5,691.7 square meters. Key privatization conditions include the preservation of the company’s activity profile for ten years and a six-month ban on the dismissal of employees. The starting price is UAH 114.9 million.
An auction for the sale of Investagro State Enterprise was also announced. The facility includes 25 pieces of real estate and infrastructure with a total area of 6,222.2 square meters. The starting price is UAH 24.5 million.
The State Property Fund attracted UAH 40.2 million at privatization auctions held on June 17-21. (Ukrinform)
