The Government approved Resolution No. 310 “On amendments to the Procedure for providing financial state support to business entities”. The Resolution was prepared by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
It concerns enterprises that have received funds under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9 programme. The possibility to extend the loans is provided to enterprises whose production facilities as of February 24, 2022 were located in:
– Areas of active hostilities (for which the date of cessation of hostilities has not been determined);
– Areas of active hostilities in which state electronic information resources operate (for which the date of cessation of hostilities has not been determined);
– Areas temporarily occupied by the russian federation (for which the date of termination of temporary occupation has not been determined).
The Resolution sets the term for prolongation of the loans no later than December 31, 2025. (Government portal)
