The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) on March 19 approved a decrease in the prices for electric energy delivered to the end consumers.
Thus, the household consumers from the central and southern Moldova will pay 2.34 lei for 1 kWh, down by 0.05 lei than earlier.
At the same time, the tariff for the consumers from north Moldova will be of 2.84 lei for one kWh, by 0.04 lei lower than before.
The decisions will enter into force with their publication in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial).
The last change of the tariffs for electric energy took place in early November 2023, when the prices dropped by 0.18-0.32 lei for 1 kWh. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
