National air operators have been excluded from the safety List of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. They were allowed flying to the UK from May 31.
According to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, the English authorities have decided to exclude national air operators from the British Safety List, following the mission to assess the country’s capabilities to ensure flight safety oversight, carried out on April 3-7.
In this regard, the United Kingdom’s Air Safety Committee, at the May 24 meeting, found that the Republic of Moldova met the necessary requirements for removal from the United Kingdom’s safety list. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
