Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said the country should adopt joint decisions on air and coastal defence with Poland.
“We need to strengthen practical defence cooperation between our countries, including the possibility of adopting joint decisions in the areas of coastal defence and air defence,” Nauseda said in a statement.
A joint meeting of the Lithuanian and Polish governments took place in Vilnius on Septemebr 16. The two countries have held Cabinet meetings under this format since September 2020. (LRT/Business World Magazine)
