Saudi Arabian budget airline Flyadeal has made its inaugural flight to Georgia from the capital Riyadh and resort city of Jeddah with brand new Airbus A320neo aircraft, the United Airports of Georgia reports.
The jet landed at Tbilisi International Airport last night, with an official welcoming ceremony hosted to mark the maiden connection.
The Director of the United Airports of Georgia, Tamar Archuadze, said the flight was a result of months-long talks with the Saudi airline.
Flyadeal will carry out flights from three Saudi cities, with connections from Dammam set to be added starting from July 4. (Agenda/Business World Magazine)
