The Georgian National Food Agency has fined 20 slaughterhouses across the country for violating hygienic norms.
In its reveal of the inspection results, the Agency said inspection of slaughterhouses as “high-risk facilities” for health matters was its priority.
A total of 302 state controls have been carried out in slaughterhouses across Georgia so far this year. (Agenda/Business World Magazine)
