Meat production in Ukraine in January-July totaled 1.88 million tons (in live weight), up by 6.1% YoY, the State Statistics Service said.
However, milk production in the country in January-July decreased by 3.4%, to 5.8 million tons, it said.
Egg production increased by 5.7%, to 10.2 billion eggs.
The State Statistics Service noted that its report does not include date from Russia-occupied Crimea, Sevastopol and parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
