The draft state budget for 2019 provides for UAH 1 billion for the construction of the Mykolaiv-Kropyvnytskyi highway, according to Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan.
“In addition, the Road Fund will allocate almost UAH 1 billion for the roads of both regional and state importance in Mykolaiv region,” the minister said during his working visit to Mykolaiv, the ministry’s press service reported.
Omelyan added that the Road Fund was established by the Government of Ukraine and the needed funding for the road sector was provided, and now everything depended on the regions. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
