Since the start of the year individuals have paid UAH 97.2 million of luxury car taxes, up by UAH 55.2 million YoY, the press service of the State Fiscal Service reports.
“In January-July owners of luxury cars paid UAH 97.2 million of vehicle tax to local budgets. Compared to the corresponding period of the last year, the amount of tax paid grew more than 2.3-fold,” reads the report.
Often individuals pay taxes on such cars as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi and Land Rover Range Rover.
The State Fiscal Service also reminded that individuals paid UAH 132.2 million of luxury car tax to the budgets in 2017. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
