The private joint-stock company Fozzy Group (Vyshneve, Kyiv region), a part of Fozzy Group trade and industrial group, saw an 83.3% fall in net profit in 2017, to UAH 165.4 million.
The company said that its assets fell by 16.6%, to UAH 1.572 billion.
Debts decreased by 45%, to UAH 171.177 million.
Undistributed profit rose by 16.5%, reaching UAH 1.168 billion.
Current liabilities fell by 54.6%, to UAH 402.118 million, while non-current were paid in full amount (UAH 209,000 in 2016).
PrJSC Fozzy Group was founded in 2005. Its core business is operation of holding companies.
The key shareholder as of Q3 2017 was Fozzy Group LLC (98.5119%).
