The Antonov An-124 Ruslan aircraft has transported generators and transformers to Puerto Rico where thousands of people were left without electricity because of a hurricane.
The Americans, who provided equipment, admitted they would not have been able to do this without the Ukrainian plane.
In particular, a representative of the U.S. shipping company says there is no such an aircraft in the U.S. that could carry out such a project. Only this type of plane and its crew can do such a job.
One hundred tons of equipment was unloaded in three hours. Then the aircraft was immediately refueled to fly to Miami for a new cargo that is needed by islanders. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
