The Boryspil International Airport is conducting another round of negotiations with one of the largest European air-carriers, Ryanair, to ensure its entry into the Ukrainian market, Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan reported.
“At the moment Ryanair is in the negotiation process with the Boryspil Airport. I hope that these negotiations will be a success, from the second attempt. We will see Ryanair in Ukraine in 2018. This year, unfortunately, it would be unrealistic. It will be no later than autumn 2018,” the minister said.
Omelyan also noted that with the arrival of low-cost carriers, the passenger flow at Boryspil might increase to 20 million people in just two years. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
