The state-owned enterprise Boryspil International Airport (Kyiv), the largest airport of the country, saw a 77.7% YoY rise in net profit in January-June, to UAH 951.2 million.
According to a financial report of the airport, its net revenue in January-June grew by 30%, to UAH 1.87 billion.
As reported, the financial plan of the airport for 2017 says that it could receive UAH 1.508 billion of profit in 2017 (up by 8.8% YoY).
According to the financial plan, the net income of Boryspil airport this year would amount to UAH 3.929 billion, up by 17% YoY. EBITDA is expected to reach UAH 2.629 billion (7.2% more).
Passenger flow is expected at 10.6 million people, up by 18% YoY.
Boryspil International Airport is the main airport of Ukraine. The airport has two runways: one with a length of 4,000 meters and a width of 60 meters, and the second with a length of 3,500 meters and a width of 63 meters.
