Last year, the trade turnover between Ukraine and Hungary grew after the fall in 2015 and amounted to $3 billion, Hungarian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Ukraine Erno Keskeny said during a roundtable in Kyiv on the topic “The Hungarian factor in domestic policy of Ukraine”.
“We have a high trade turnover. Of course, it decreased after the crisis, after the war. The worst year was in 2015. But last year there was an increase in turnover. And this year too. Last year, the trade turnover reached $3 billion,” he said.
The ambassador noted that, in particular, it was reached due to the intensification of contacts at the highest level between the leaders of the two countries. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
