In January-April Azerbaijan increased the exports of agricultural products by 44% YoY, the Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, Heydar Asadov declared.
According to the minister, Azerbaijan plans to increase the exports of food products, in terms of current problem with food security in the world.
During recent 4 months, the country increased export volumes mainly due to growing of plant products supplies, especially fruit and vegetable products. Asadov expects Azerbaijan to continue increasing the export volumes. (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
