On March 14, the Chamber of commerce and industry of Uzbekistan held a meeting with the chairman of the board of the Canadian Business Association in Russia and Eurasia (CERBA) Nathan Hunt.
In negotiations with the chairman of the Chamber of commerce and industry Alisher Shaykhov, it was noted that trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Canada was consistently developing. Currently, there are almost 40 enterprises with the participation of Canadian capital in Uzbekistan.
This association is an independent non-profit organization that promotes the development of trade and investment activities between Canada and the countries of Eurasia, helps Canadian companies to establish business ties, organizes business events, seminars on European and Asian markets, provides marketing research services.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current state and prospects for the development of trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Canada, discussed issues of further strengthening cooperation between the entrepreneurs of the two countries, and the development and implementation of joint mutually beneficial projects.
