Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) is warning that an ice advisory has been issued by Odessa Sea Port Authority due to ice forming in the port harbor, the company said in its press release.
From 00:00 on January 18, until further notice all vessels without ice class classification will need to present a guarantee letter to the Harbor Master and may face restrictions – around 95% of vessels are likely to be affected. All ice class vessels can continue operating without restrictions.
