Shareholders of Azerbaijan’s NIKOIL Bank CJSC will discuss the change of composition of the bank’s Supervisory Board on January 16, 2017.
During the shareholders’ meeting to be held in Moscow they will also discuss the change of composition of the bank’s Audit Committee and giving premiums to its members.
Currently, NIKOIL Bank’s Supervisory Board is headed by Marina Kulishova and its members are Ivan Romanovsky, Alexey Sazonov, Pavel Souhoruchkin and Roman Novikov. The Audit Committee has three members: Chairman Eldar Aliyev and members – Georgi Chachiashvili and Vladimir Turin.
NIKOIL Bank CJSC began operating in 1994 in Azerbaijan. The bank’s shareholders are: Topaz Investments CJSC (91.84%), NIKOYL CJSC (7.97%) and ISR Holding LLC (0.19%). (Trend/Business World Magazine)
