Russia and Turkey have agreed to complete the work on a joint agreement on trade in services and on investments by the end of the next year, Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev said, adding that this agreement would provide better protection to investors and would create new possibilities for them.
“We have stated considerable progress in the preparation of the agreement in the area of services and investments. The structure of the would-be agreement and a part of its text have been squared. We have to finish work on some additional aspects. We have undertaken a liability to finalize this work by the end of the next year”, he said after a meeting with the Turkish Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci.
According to Ulyukayev, businesses are waiting for this document as it will ensure better protection for investors and will create new possibilities for those offering services in the spheres of tourism, transport, trade and finance. (TASS/Business World Magazine)
