On September 16, Ukraine International Airlines (UIA, Kyiv) serviced its first direct regular flight between Vilnius and Lviv.
The press service of the airline reported that new flights connecting Lviv and Vilnius would be serviced twice a week using Boeing-737 and Embraer-190 planes with business and economy classes.
Until October 12, UIA offers tickets from Lviv to Vilnius at a promo tariff – starting from 1,316 UAH (a round trip ticket, economy class, all taxes and duties included, the price can chance depending on the hryvnia exchange rate fluctuations to the U.S. dollar). The similar promotion is in effect for Vilnius-Lviv direction – starting from 80 euros. The tariffs include only hand luggage. (Interfax/Business World Magazine)
