In 2015/2016 MY, the Nibulon company shipped 4.66 million tons of grains to foreign markets, up by 14% YoY, the press-service of the company declared.
In 2015/2016 MY, corn traditionally became the major export crop of Nibulon (over 1.8 million tons). Wheat export totaled over 1.9 million tons, and barley – nearly 560 thousand tons.
According to the announcement, the export geography of the company covered 28 countries. The list of largest consumers included Egypt (import share at 18.1%), Saudi Arabia (10.7%) and Spain (9.9%).
In 2015/2016 MY the company managed to enter the Indonesian market, and supplied nearly 295 thousand tons of wheat to the new market (6.5% of the general export volume). (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
