PJSC LUKOIL has commissioned Phase I of the auxiliary power supply plant in the Republic of Komi.
The 100 MW power plant is designed to satisfy the growing need in power at the Denisovsky license area and will increase utilization of associated petroleum gas.
The project, developed and implemented by PJSC LUKOIL’s wholly owned subsidiary LUKOIL-Engineering LLC, was completed in only 14 months thanks to domestically produced basic equipment and use of innovative technologies at all stages of construction.
Commissioning of Phase II of the power plant will provide heat for the purposes of the Usinskoye field operation and allow better efficiency of production at permo-carboniferous deposits. (Energyland/Business World Magazine)
