On July 18-24 Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg received 14 cruise ships which brought 22160 passengers, the port said in a press release. The total berth time of the ships is 27 ship-days, total amount of passenger operations – 111847.
In the indicated period 6 helicopters have used the helipad of Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg for landing and take-off.
On July 19, cruise ship Mein Schiff 5 operated by TUI Cruises made its Inaugural call to Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg.
On July 19, berths of Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg moored seven ships. Over 10 thousand passengers arrived on board the cruise ships.
Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg “Marine Facade” PLC is in the ownership of the city of St. Petersburg and is the largest passenger seaport in Russia. Construction of Marine Facade began in 2006. The port can accommodate cruise and ferry ships of up to 330 m long and with a draft of up to 8.8 m. The length and depth of new access channels are 10 km and 11 m, accordingly.
