Sergei Sandulov, Director General of Omsk River Port, has been named the winner of the auction on sale of the 25.5% stake of Omsk River Port owned by Russian government. According to the official website for bidding information, the shares were sold for 36 million RUB at the auction held on July 21.
Sergei Sandulov is also a Chairman of Omsk River Port’s BoD.
The Auction House of the Russian Federation held an auction to sell 31,282 ordinary shares issued on July 29, 2009 (25.5% of the company’s authorized capital). Nominal value of the stake was 15,641 RUB.
The authorized capital of Omsk River Port is 61,336 RUB. It includes 92,004 ordinary shares and 30,668 priviledged shares of €-type. Nominal value of each share is 0.5 RUB. (Portnews/Business World Magazine)
